AImarkOS ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Dream Builders Group LLC, a Florida Protected Series LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you use AImarkOS.com and our AI-Powered Marketing Operating System platform (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.
We are the merchant of record for all transactions processed through our platform. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, subscribe to a plan, or contact us, we may collect:
- Name, email address, and password
- Business name, website URL, and industry
- Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)
- Communications you send us via email or in-app support
- Content you create, upload, or generate through the platform
- Sub-account and client information you add to your workspace
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, we automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers
- Pages visited, features used, and session duration
- Campaign performance data, click-through rates, and conversion signals
- RL Bandit arm selection data and optimization feedback signals
- CrewAI agent execution logs (retained for debugging and improvement)
- Unified Inbox message metadata (not message content, unless needed for AI processing)
Information from Third Parties
When you connect integrations (ad platforms, CRMs, email providers), we receive data from those services subject to their own privacy policies. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share that data with us.
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the AImarkOS platform
- Process transactions and manage your subscription via Stripe
- Power AI features including CrewAI orchestration, RL Bandit optimization, Content Studio generation, and Unified Inbox triage
- Improve and personalize your experience
- Send transactional emails (receipts, alerts, system updates)
- Send marketing communications (only with your consent; opt-out available at any time)
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
- Analyze aggregate usage trends to improve platform performance
We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your campaign content or customer data to train our AI models without your explicit consent.
Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service. These include:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication, session management, and security
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences and settings
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how users interact with the platform
- Marketing cookies — used on our marketing pages (aimarkos.com) to measure campaign performance
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impair platform functionality. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals, but we do honor opt-out requests for marketing cookies submitted via the preferences center in your account settings.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days after cancellation
- Campaign and performance data is retained for 24 months by default (configurable in Pro and Agency plans)
- Agent execution logs are retained for 30 days
- Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations
- Inbox message content is retained for 12 months unless you delete it earlier
You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights below). Some data may be retained longer where required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — object to processing of your data for marketing purposes
- Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data
- Withdraw Consent — withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale. As noted above, we do not sell personal data.
Security
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest
- Isolated execution environments for AI agent operations
- Role-based access controls and principle of least privilege
- Regular security reviews and dependency audits
- Incident response procedures with breach notification protocols
No system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Children's Privacy
AImarkOS is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at privacy@aimarkos.com and we will take steps to delete it.
International Data Transfers
AImarkOS is operated from the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission as a legal basis for cross-border data transfers. By using the Service, you consent to such transfer.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (to the address associated with your account) and by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must stop using the Service.
